Placing Bets

All bets placed on bpexch are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended or cancelled except where bpexch explicitly provides a cash-out or edit option for that market.

Cricket and PSL Betting

Cricket is the primary sport on bpexch, and that includes international matches — Tests, ODIs, T20Is — as well as Pakistan Super League fixtures. Special rules apply to markets that are affected by weather interruptions, pitch conditions, or revised targets under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) calculations. In such cases, bpexch will settle markets in line with the official match result as determined by the relevant cricket board.

Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the market's minimum play requirement.
• The bet was placed on an event that had already started, where the platform rules prohibit in-play betting on that market.
• A manifest pricing error is identified — where the odds offered were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.
• The player or team the bet relates to is withdrawn before the relevant event starts (e.g., a team scratched from a tournament).

Maximum Winnings

bpexch applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are market-specific and displayed where applicable. Bets that would result in winnings above the stated limit will be paid to the maximum limit only.

The bpexch Live Casino and Slots sections are governed by these general Terms alongside the specific rules of each game. Game rules are available within each title. By participating in any casino game, you accept those game-specific rules.

Random Number Generators and Live Feeds

Slot outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Live casino results are determined by the live dealer and physical game equipment visible in the stream. bpexch does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages, where displayed, represent long-term statistical averages across many rounds — they do not guarantee any individual result in a single session.

Game Availability

Technical Faults

In the event of a disconnection, technical error, or server fault during a live casino hand or slot spin, bpexch will resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. Where a round cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the player's account. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated betting activity designed to abuse promotional offers.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's code, systems, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bpexch staff or other users through any communication channel.

bpexch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent activity is detected or suspected.
• Verification documents are not provided when requested.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.
• A legal or regulatory requirement mandates it.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method. Where closure follows a confirmed Terms violation, bpexch may retain all or part of the account balance at its discretion.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled normally, and the resulting balance will be returned to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpexch's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited in your account in the 30 days preceding the claim. bpexch is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of profits or loss of enjoyment.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms or from prohibited conduct.
• Interruptions to the service caused by third-party payment providers, internet outages, or events outside bpexch's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies that affect the outcome of markets, including match cancellations, result reversals, or disciplinary actions.

Nothing in these Terms limits bpexch's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the bpexch Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy covers what data is collected, how it is stored, who it is shared with, and your rights in relation to your data.

bpexch may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
